Booked for a full set of nail extensions & pedicure . Staff was lovely. Pedicure was relaxing. Highly recommended.

Not the best experience booked an appointment online got out of work early to go to the appointment, to be told sorry can’t do your nails I took two people in instead for you. After several attempts of lack of communication, I asked the gentleman to call the other shop to see had any availability with that got told to walk there.!
Another lady was in the shop who said she had booked 11 o’clock and when got there told to come back as I can’t fit her in had to go back at two! What’s the point of booking Line system?

Really disappointing first experience. Booked an appointment to get my nails done for my birthday to sit waiting for 10mins to then be expected to wait a further 20mins at least with no apology or explanation. In fact if I hadn’t asked how long it would be they would have likely left me there guessing. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait. Very disappointed. Another customer had also been left waiting. I wouldn’t book another appointment as they don’t appear to be reliable, lesson learnt.
