Great salon, friendly staff, I booked an appointment online and was in and out in about 45 minutes. They did a great job on my nails, very attentive to what I wanted. Definitely going back

I’ve always been really happy with the quality of the treatments here, and they consistently do a great job. However, the timekeeping is really disappointing. Just in the last month, on two occasions, I’ve booked an appointment online, turned up on time, only to be kept waiting 25-30 minutes because they’re still attending to other clients. It’s frustrating when you’ve booked in advance and expect your appointment to start on time. The quality of the work is excellent, but the poor timekeeping really lets them down. I’d happily recommend them for the treatments themselves, but they really need to improve their appointment management and respect clients’ time.

Whilst the salon itself is fine, and the quality of the work very good, the booking system/timekeeping just doesn’t work. This is the second time I have booked online and having arrived at the salon been kept waiting, the first one for an over an hour and today would’ve been the same except that I did complain and they bought someone in from a different salon to help. As I say, the staff are nice and the nails are good, but being kept waiting for over an hour whether or not you have an appointment makes it pointless booking.

Not the best experience booked an appointment online got out of work early to go to the appointment, to be told sorry can’t do your nails I took two people in instead for you. After several attempts of lack of communication, I asked the gentleman to call the other shop to see had any availability with that got told to walk there.!
Another lady was in the shop who said she had booked 11 o’clock and when got there told to come back as I can’t fit her in had to go back at two! What’s the point of booking Line system?

Really disappointing first experience. Booked an appointment to get my nails done for my birthday to sit waiting for 10mins to then be expected to wait a further 20mins at least with no apology or explanation. In fact if I hadn’t asked how long it would be they would have likely left me there guessing. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait. Very disappointed. Another customer had also been left waiting. I wouldn’t book another appointment as they don’t appear to be reliable, lesson learnt.
